JioTag Go can be paired with the Google's Find Hub App.
It allows Android users to track their items globally. Through the Find Hub App, you can view your item's last known location, play a sound to locate it nearby, and share tracking with others if necessary. 
Add JioTag Go with Google's Find Hub app.
  • 1Ensure Bluetooth and Location are enabled on your Android phone.
  • 2Power on your JioTag Go.
  • 3Hold your JioTag Go close to your phone.

  • 4A fast pair notification will pop up on your phone, offering to set up the JioTag Go.
  • 5If fast pair doesn’t appear, manually add the device by going to Settings > Google > Devices & Sharing > Devices and selecting JioTag Go from the scanned device list.
  • 6Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
Note: Once JioTag Go is added in Google's Find Hub App, it is not discoverable on JioThings application.

Prerequisites for adding JioTag Go to Google's Find Hub App.
  • An Android phone running the latest version of Google's Find Hub App. 
  • Bluetooth & Location enabled on your phone. 
  • Ensure the JioTag Go battery is working. 
  • Supports one app at a time: If the JioTag Go is already added to the JioThings app, you will need to delete it before adding it to Google's Find Hub App, and vice versa. Resetting the tag is recommended when switching between apps.

How to Reset JioTag Go.
  • 1After the device is turned ON, press the JioTag Go button four times within 2 seconds. You will hear a beep.
  • 2After you hear a beep, long-press the button for eight seconds.
  • 3Release the button when you hear a series of beeps and the light flashes three times.
  • 4Your JioTag Go is now reset and ready to be added to a new app.
Deleting and resetting is recommended when switching between the JioThings app and Google's Find Hub App.
