The JioTag Air can be paired with the Apple Find My app.
The JioTag Air enables iPhone users to track their items worldwide. You can view your item's last known location, play a sound to locate it nearby, and even share access with family members.
Add JioTag Air with Apple Find My.
  • 1Open the Find My app on your iPhone.
  • 2Tap the "Items" tab at the bottom.
  • 3Select "Add Item" and choose "Add other item".

  • 4Hold your JioTag Air close to your iPhone.
  • 5Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
Note: Once JioTag Air is added in Apple Find My, it is not discoverable on JioThings application.

Prerequisites for adding JioTag Air to Apple Find My
  • iPhone running iOS 14.5 or later.
  • Bluetooth enabled on your iPhone.
  • Find My app installed (pre-installed on iPhones).
  • Ensure that JioTag Air is powered On.
  • One app at a time: JioTag Air can only be added to one app at a time. If it's already added to the JioThings app, you'll need to delete it from there before adding it to Find My, and vice versa. Resetting the tag is recommended when switching between apps.

How to Reset JioTag Air.
  • 1After the device is turned ON, press the JioTag Air button twice. The device will beep.
  • 2After you hear a beep, long-press the button for eight seconds.
  • 3Release the button when you hear a series of beeps and see the light flash three times.
  • 4Your JioTag Air is now reset and ready to be added to a new app.
Deleting and resetting is recommended when switching between the JioThings app and Apple Find My.
